The Committee on Agriculture and Natural Resources moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

H. B. 4693 -- A Bill to amend and reenact §19-1-12 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to renaming the Veteran and Warriors Agriculture Program; and authorizing the Commissioner of Agriculture to expand the scope of the program to include law enforcement and emergency response personnel.
